At OnlineSaleZone, our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience. We're always here to assist you!

Every product on our website, onlinesalezone.co.nz, comes with a minimum 12-month warranty. You can find the warranty details for each item in its product description. If any issues arise within the warranty period, feel free to contact us.

We offer free replacements for products that are “dead on arrival” (DOA).

If you change your mind after making a payment, we’ll provide a refund, and you can return the item to us at your own expense. The item must be returned in "as new" condition, with all original packaging and accessories, including manuals.

If an item is faulty, contact us within the warranty period, and we’ll review your claim to offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the case.

For claims outside the warranty period, we’ll evaluate them individually.
