1. 12-Month Minimum Warranty
Every product on onlinesalezone.co.nz comes with a minimum 12-month warranty. You can find specific warranty details for each item in its product description. If any issues arise within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
We offer free replacements for products that are “dead on arrival” (DOA). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days if the item is non-functional so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
3. Faulty Items & Repairs
If an item becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us at nzonlinesalezone@gmail.com. We will review your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the fault, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind after purchase, you may return the item within 14 days. The item must be returned in "as new" condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. As per our policy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
