Refund and Return Policy

At Online Sale Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a 100% NZ-owned business, we fully respect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all costs for a replacement or a full refund.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can still return it within 14 days. However, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. (Note: We do not charge any restocking fees).

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at Contact Usinfo@onlinesalezone.co.nz with your order number.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package.

  3. Securely package the item and drop it off at your local courier depot.

4. Return Address

All authorized returns must be sent to our Auckland warehouse:

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
