1. Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship to addresses within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
3. Estimated Transit Time
Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is dispatched. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all NZ orders. There is no minimum order value for standard delivery within New Zealand.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
