Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Print and Ship: Download and print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier point.
Return Address
Please send all authorized returns to our processing center: 3 Atlas Place, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, New Zealand Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at nzonlinesalezone@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
