Return and Refund Policy

If you need to return an item, please carefully read the information on this page to ensure your return is processed correctly, then contact OnlineSaleZone Customer Service. You can reach us at nzonlinesalezone@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing details of the issue and any relevant images or photos.

We will issue a full refund (including shipping) if:

  • The faulty item is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced
  • The item was incorrectly described on our website

If you received incorrect items 
Please email a photo of the incorrect product within 7 days of receiving it to nzonlinesalezone@gmail.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out and provide a return label for the incorrect item.

If you have changed your mind after purchase
Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
However, we understand that people may change their minds. If the order hasn’t been dispatched when you contact us, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the item to us within 7 working days (starting from the day you receive it) for a full refund. The return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

If an item arrives damaged
If your product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Email us within 5 days of receiving the item, including a photo clearly showing the damage to both the product and packaging. If it is repairable, we will send replacement parts; otherwise, we will send a replacement item along with a return label for the damaged product.

If there are items missing from your order
Contact us at nzonlinesalezone@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving your package, and we will send the missing items once confirmed with our dispatch team.

If your order hasn’t been delivered
If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, first check the tracking number provided on the courier’s website. If you’re unable to get further information, please contact us at nzonlinesalezone@gmail.com.
If the tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us, and we’ll initiate an investigation with the courier. This process may take up to 2 days, after which we’ll resolve the issue.
Once confirmed that the order is lost, we will send a replacement. If we don’t have stock, we will issue a refund.

If an item stops working but is still under warranty
We will assist with repair or replacement of faulty items on a case-by-case basis. If we have stock, we will replace the product. If not, we will process a refund.
Please allow 3-4 working days for testing and/or repair once the item is returned.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper packaging when returning items. Ensure the item is securely packaged before sending it back to us.
If returned items are found to be in working order upon testing, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the item returned to you. Before returning, please make sure to check for potential issues, such as flat batteries.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("the Act")

The above Return and Refund Policy and the other terms of sale are subject to your rights under the Act.
If you are buying the item for business purposes, you agree that the Act does not apply.
You also accept that the Act does not apply if you are buying the item for the purpose of re-supplying them in trade or for manufacturing or repairing in trade.
