Return and Refund Policy

At Online Sale Zone, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

14-day return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be new, unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will provide next steps and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Change of mind

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may request a return within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge restocking fees.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@onlinesalezone.co.nz with your order number.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item back.
  3. Securely package the item and send it to the approved return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
