At Online Sale Zone, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. All our stock is held locally in our Auckland warehouse to ensure fast dispatch across New Zealand.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order has been placed.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates for all New Zealand orders:

FREE Shipping: Available for all orders of $29.00 and above.
Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $8.00 applies to all orders under $29.00.

3. Estimated Delivery (Transit Time)

Once dispatched, delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 working days.

Note: Deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 business days depending on the local courier branch.

4. Tracking & Responsibility

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Online Sale Zone is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies. All estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
