Warranty Information
At Online Sale Zone (a trading name of Kiwise Trading Limited), we stand behind the quality of our products. Most items we sell are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery.
What this warranty covers
This warranty covers faults caused by manufacturing or material defects under normal household use, for example parts that fail or stop working as intended due to a fault present at the time of manufacture.
What this warranty does not cover
- Damage from misuse, accident, dropping, or not following the product instructions
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or gradual deterioration over time
- Damage from unauthorised modification or repair
- Consumable or wear parts where stated
- Products used commercially rather than for normal household use
Your rights under New Zealand law
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for goods that fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email info@onlinesalezone.co.nz with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Describe the fault and include photos or a short video where possible.
- Our Auckland-based team will respond within 2 to 5 business days with the next steps.
Depending on the fault, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed at the time of your claim.
