Warranty Information
At Online Sale Zone (a trading name of Kiwise Trading Limited), we provide a 12-month warranty on our products against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery. This warranty is provided free with your purchase.
This warranty is in addition to your rights
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to everything you buy from us, whether or not this warranty applies. This 12-month warranty does not replace or limit those rights. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights continue to apply even after this 12-month warranty period has ended — for example, if a product fails sooner than a reasonable consumer would expect and has not been misused.
What this warranty covers
Faults caused by manufacturing or material defects under normal household use.
What it does not cover
- Damage from misuse, accident, dropping, or not following the product instructions
- Normal wear and tear, or gradual deterioration over time
- Damage from unauthorised modification or repair
- Products used for commercial (non-household) purposes
How to make a claim
You deal directly with us — you do not need to contact the manufacturer or any third party yourself.
- Email info@onlinesalezone.co.nz with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Describe the fault and include photos or a short video where possible.
- Our Auckland-based team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
Depending on the fault, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping for a valid warranty claim is at our cost.
